If you follow me on social media, you already know that I have just entered the world of motherhood. I know, I know...too many baby photos. Baby Otto is growing fast and so is his demand for attention! I have been forced to make adjustments within my evolving 10-year career, so I have decided to try something new and enter the Knowledge-Based Industry and share my perspective on real estate marketing!
You can check out my CV here, but let me give you the general facts.
I have extensive experience in marketing strategy and leadership, which was built upon decades of my own creative journey with photography, web design, content creation, and marketing consulting with small businesses across the region.
From establishing my own Rhode Island-based marketing company, Visual Manor, to serving as the Marketing Director for the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island, I've grown to become an extraordinary marketing leader across the real estate and hospitality industries. Yep, tootin' my own horn.
My thoughtful and aggressive approach to marketing has led the Fitzpatrick Team from $65 Million to $93+ million in sales in 2021. I've also helped dozens of restaurants stay open and flourishing during a global pandemic. Whether it’s managing annual marketing budgets, leading social media strategies or providing education to a sales team, I am proud of my career and a sense of purpose in industries I am so passionate about.
